If you use the Telepass, you enter and exit the parking without withdrawing the ticket. As soon as you approach the entry/exit gate, the bar will lift up automatically. You will be charged the amount due by Telepass (at the park exit), which will also issue an invoice. In case the parking lot is full, the bar won't lift up.
If you have purchased a parking space online, and you have Telepass on board, or if you are entitled to any other discounts or promotional fares, deactivate the parking service using the Telepass app. Otherwise, the reservation you have purchased will not be recognised and you will be charged the standard rate.

Yes, you can request an invoice from the Parking Control Office on the day you return from your trip, before leaving the car park. Alternatively, you can send the parking ticket you paid for to info@bologna-airport.it by 12:00 on the day after you leave the car park.
