What we offer
Certified environment that is inclusive and respectful of gender equality
In 2023, Aeroporto di Bologna obtained ISO 30415:2021- Human Resource Management - Diversity and Inclusion certification and in 2022, Gender Equality certification based on Uni PdR 125:2022.

Healthcare, protection and prevention
- Supplementary health policy (reimbursement of medical examinations, check-ups, maternity package, prevention packages based on age);
- occupational and non-occupational accident policy;
- prophylaxis for influenza. Preventive medical visits organised in collaboration with non-profit organisations (Ant Foundation, AIL, etc.);
- additional protection for serious illnesses pursuant to the National Collective Labour Agreement (salary, relevant period, etc.).
Psychophysical well-being
- On-site gym of 700 square meters, with changing rooms, showers and state-of-the-art equipment;
- psychological listening desk with an occupational psychologist. Free of charge during working hours, it offers up to 5 meetings per person per year;
- intercompany restaurant open for lunch and dinner, every day of the year, also for take-out. Possibility of choosing between a luncheon voucher and a free meal offered for each working day. Dishes prepared by a chef present in the restaurant’s kitchens. A varied and high quality menu, which also includes options for celiacs and special diets on request; greater sustainability, with the elimination of the use of plastic and the use of recycled materials.
The awards

In 2024, we also received an award from AIDP (Italian Association for Personnel Management) at the “AIDP Awards 2024” for the sustainable mobility project MuoviAMOci! The “Human Resources Excellence Award”, the international award certifying excellence in human resources management and social sustainability policies and part of the initiatives of ACI Europe, the European division of Airports Council International (ACI), the world’s only professional association of airport operators, was awarded in 2023. ACI Europe represents over 500 airports in 55 countries.
