The Board of Directors of Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. on December 17th, 2024 assessed the dates for the publication of the 2025 financial results and the date of the Shareholders' Meeting, in single call.

Here below is the 2025 Financial Calendar:

March 14, 2025

Statutory and consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2024.

April 29, 2025

Shareholders' Meeting to approve the statutory financial statements for the fiscal year 2024, appointment of the new Corporate Bodies and for other matters within the competence of the Shareholders' Meeting.

May 15, 2025

First quarter 2025 results.

September 8, 2025

Second quarter 2025 results and interim financial report as at June 30, 2025.

November 13, 2025

Third quarter 2025 results.

The Company announces that it will avail itself of the exemption from publishing additional periodic financial information as of December 31, 2024, pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a), Regulation of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.; therefore, the Company will make the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements available within 90 days of the end of the financial year.

Possible changes of the dates above indicated will be promptly communicated.

When the accounting data for the period are released, conference calls are planned to present the results to the financial community according to times and methods that will be announced as soon as they are defined.
